Cancellation Policy

To reserve your event date and time, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your total rental fee and secures your reservation. All deposits are non-refundable. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, no-show, or changes to your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two (2) weeks prior to your event date. Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation. Please review your booking details carefully before submitting your payment.
